Donald Sprigg, 62, who admits to regularly stripping off to tend his garden, is facing three charges of outraging public decency.
His actions are said to have caused “harassment, alarm or distress” to residents close to his home in Cirencester, Gloucs.
But Sprigg says he only gardens in the nude when he knows his near neighbors are away.
He claims that complaints came from residents 150 yards away- who filmed him from their balcony using long-distance lens.
His solicitor Mohammed Iqbal told Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court: “He says he has acted lawfully at all times and taken reasonable care to ensure no one would see him and be offended by his actions.”
Sprigg pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was bailed to stand trial on June 20.

gay Wilton Manors location as they raise money for our local gay Fort Lauderdale Pride Center.
This Thursday, 20 percent of the proceeds that Juiceblendz makes will be donated to The Pride Center. Between 6 and 10 that night, the event will come to a head with something special going on (oh la la).
